A client facing a build-up process wanted to ensure success through a synergy optimization strategy.

  • Phase I:
    • Client analysis : 5 weeks of deep client analysis with the aim of anticipating problems in the build-up process and to ensure the best performance.
    • Organic strategy: Define a strategy to consolidate and maintain the company performance.
    • Acquisition strategy: Target selection and pre-analysis.
  • 第一阶段:
    • 分析客户:我们对客户进行了为期5周的分析,目的在于评估在实现企业目标过程中会出现哪些问题并能确保企业取得最佳成效。
    • 制定系统战略:确定一个总体战略从而巩固和保持公司业绩。

  • Phase II:
    • Internal restructuring: Strengthen the company core business processes.
    • Build-up process: First contact, MOU negotiation, due diligence, contracts and closing.
  • 第二阶段:
    • 内部重组:加强公司的核心业务流程。
    • 建立过程:和目标企业第一次接触,谅解备忘录谈判,尽职调查,签订合同,完成企业收购。
  • Phase III:
    • Integration and optimization: 100 Day Plan and implementation.
    • Value consolidation: Best practices consolidation in all areas.
  • 第三阶段:
    • 整合和优化:提出和实施为期100天的计划。
    • 价值整合:对各个领域实施最佳业务整合。


Result:
Three years later and four acquisitions later, the Company multiplied revenue three times, increasing EBITDA from 15% to 22%. The company was finally acquired by a Private Equity firm.


成果:
