At this stage you analyze companies, markets and product information contributing to team discussions. Additionally you will support the team in the problem-solving process.

• Associate• 经理

As associate you analize and solve problems and as an active member of the project you work alongside the clients to develop, communicate and implement the team recommendations.

• Project Leader• 项目领导

Achieving experience you build leadership skills by taking ownership of project management ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met. You will provide intellectual leadership for the team in the problem-solving process.
