During the last 12 years Mr. Casas has worked as a consultant in management and operations, as well as an engineer in international companies.

Mr. Casas started his career working as aeronautical engineer in EADS, where he managed projects in several countries around Europe and USA. Subsequently as a consultant he advised public entities such as the Spanish Air Force and Spanish Ministry of Defense.

Since joining Hallman & Burke in 2008 he has been involved in numerous projects related with operational improvement, strategic planning, organizational design and restructuring, and customer service, in sectors such as fashion, food and beverage, environmental and manufacturing amongst others. Additionally he had been advising startups as mentor at IE Business School for more than five years ago.

He is an aeronautical engineer from UPM, and holds an MBA from IE Business School. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
