During the last 28 years Mr. Mendoza has worked as a line manager and external advisor for many multinational companies in different industries and countries. After a successful career in Schlumberger in Europe, Africa and Latin America he embarked on a consulting career in 1989, working for some of the most prestigious Management Consulting firms both in Europe and Latin America.

At the beginning of 1999 he founded the Latin American Chapter of Hallman & Burke. Initially the focus of his assignments involved helping clients understand their customers and building the internal business processes to better serve these clients.

In more recent years Mr. Mendoza has focussed on turnaround and restructuring situations helping companies in distress.

He has served as board member in several companies and advises some of the most prestigious families in Spain in their investments.

Mr. Mendoza holds an MBA from INSEAD as well as a BSc in Chemical Engineering from ITESM, He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
